EASTER BLISS BALLS

1 Cup dry roasted almonds

10 medjool dates without pips

2 teaspoons mixed spice

1/3 cup Down To Earth cake mix

1 handful chocolate chips (optional)

Method:-

Blend almonds, mixed spice & dates in food processor.

Add cake mix and chocolate bits and pulse to mix.

Roll into balls and chill.

You can roll balls in raw cacao powder if desired.
